1. 3. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is someone who can be identified, either directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
1. The controller processes the personal data you have provided, or personal data obtained by the controller as a result of fulfilling your order or submitting a contact form:
• name and surname
• email address
• (postal) address
• telephone number
• posts, comments and photographs on social media and the internet containing personal data.
2. The controller processes the identification and contact data necessary for the performance of the contract.
1. The lawful reason for processing personal data is:
• the performance of a contract between you and the controller, as set out in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• fulfilment of a legal obligation of the controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
• the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing, particularly for sending commercial communications and newsletters, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing, particularly for sending commercial communications and newsletters, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, in the absence of an order for goods or services.
2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
• processing your order or request submitted via the contact form, and exercising the rights and obligations arising from any contractual relationship between you and the controller. When placing an order, you are required to provide personal data that is necessary for the order or request to be processed successfully (e.g. name, address and contact details). Providing this personal data is a prerequisite for concluding and performing a contract or processing a request. Without providing this personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract or for the controller to perform it.
• to perform legal obligations towards the State;
• sending commercial communications and other marketing activities.
1. The controller stores personal data
• for as long as is necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller, and for the exercise of any claims arising from that relationship (for a period of five years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
• until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than five years if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
2. After the retention period has expired, the controller shall delete the personal data.

• the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time, either in writing or electronically, by contacting the controller at the address or email address set out in Article III of these terms and conditions. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out during the period of consent.
2. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to data protection has been violated, or to take legal action.
1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.
2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure the storage of personal data.
3. The controller declares that only authorised persons have access to personal data.
1. By submitting an order or contact form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the privacy policy in its entirety.
2. You agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the consent box on the online form. Ticking the consent box confirms that you have read and accept the privacy policy in its entirety.
3. The controller is entitled to change these terms and conditions. The new version of the privacy policy will be published on the controller’s website.
